Club Representatives - Every chartered Democratic Club appoints one representative to the Central Committee.
Assembly Delegates - Every other year the Democratic Party hosts regional caucuses and elects members by Assembly District.
Appointed Delegates - Democratic State and Federal candidates and electeds can appoint a specified number of delegates based on voter registration California's Democratic State Central Committee.
